Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit a one page abstract (300-500 words) in the Microsoft^® Word^TM 2003 format to the Secretariat of NPAE-2008 by email (npae-kyiv2008@kinr.kiev.ua). In addition to the abstract, please, attach the completed Short Registration Form (see the Instructions for Abstract Preparation).

The deadline for abstract submission is March 1, 2008.

The abstracts will be published before the Conference. All authors are requested to strictly follow the Instructions for Abstract Preparation.

Proceedings

The Proceedings of the Conference will be published by Publishing Department of KINR and selected papers will be also published in the scientific journal “Nuclear Physics and Atomic Energy”. The papers selected for publication in journal will be reviewed by referees.

Reports and posters (in the Microsoft^® Word^TM 2003 format) will be collected during the Conference registration upon arrival. Please, have the electronic copy of your paper(s) written on a CD or a USB flash drive. Also authors are asked to bring two hardcopies of their paper(s). All registered participants will receive a copy of the Proceedings.

We would like to stress the following point: we consider that all accepted NPAE-Kyiv2008 contributions are equally important, regardless of the presentation format, and should be presented.

All accepted oral/poster contributions will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings, provided they are presented and the corresponding full papers are received by the NPAE-Kyiv2008 organizers before the closing of the conference.

Oral and poster contributions will be allotted an equal number of pages in the conference proceedings. The final paper may not exceed 8 pages for regular papers and 14 pages for invited papers.
