We would like to stress the following point: we consider that all accepted NPAE-Kyiv2008 contributions are equally important, regardless of the presentation format, and should be presented.

Oral presentations

The oral papers at the Conference will be presented during plenary/parallel sessions with 10-25 minutes allotted for each paper. The specific session assignment and the exact time for each presentation will be listed in the Conference program according to paper number.

Two Session Chairs are assigned to each oral session. They will be available in the session room 10 minutes before each session. Please, make yourself known to the session chairs during this time so that they can confirm your presence and readiness.

Please, note that you cannot use your own PC for the presentation.

Presentations have to be loaded onto the PC in advance of their assigned sessions.

Please, use a USB flash drive to save data.

In the file name, please, include the presentation number and presenter's name.

Poster presentations

All posters being presented at the Conference are scheduled for presentation during one or two sessions, each lasting approximately 100 minutes.

The poster sessions will not be in parallel with any other scheduled symposium activity. The specific session assignment for each presentation will be listed in the Conference program according to paper number.

Session Chairmen will be assigned to each poster session. These individuals are known with the Conference site and will be available before and during the session to assist authors with any problems they might encounter.
