Is registration mandatory? How can I register myself?

Yes. Registration is mandatory.
Registration procedure is simple and common. You can register in two ways.
The first way is to
download the form in Acrobat or MS Word format in the Documents section, fill in the form in corresponding application and then send either electronic copy to us by email or
hard copy - by fax or regular mail.
The second way is to submit registration data using special webpage. |
