Accommodation
The LOC of the 11th IAEA TM “Energetic particles in magnetic confinement systems” has reserved rooms in the hotel “Khreschatyk”.
This hotel is located at the main street of Kyiv close to the place where the conference will be held.
The following rooms are reserved since September 19:
Standard single rooms (daily rate 700 UAH and 630 UAH for weekend).
Standard double / twin rooms (daily rate 860 UAH and 774 UAH for weekend for 1 person,
960 UAH per and 864 UAH for weekend for 2 persons).
Those who want to have a view of street from the window have to reserve single rooms.
Those who prefer more silent rooms have to reserve double rooms (even for one person).
Superior rooms are also available in the hotel “Khreschatyk” (not reserved by the LOC).
Check-in time is after 14:00, check-out time is before 12:00.
Payment must be done by a credit card before August 31, 2009. After this date the reservation will be canceled.
Transportation from Boryspil airport to the hotel "Khreschatyk" can be provided by LOC. Estimated cost
is 240-270 UAH, depending on the car. Payment can be done by a credit card (preferably) or in cash.
Current exchange rates of national currency (Hryvnya, UAH) are 1 € ~ 10.5 UAH, 1 $ ~ 7.7 UAH.
Conference participants are requested to fill in an Accommodation Form (Word, PDF)
and pay online by a credit card.
Those who prefer superior rooms or need standard rooms before September 19
have to pay online http://khreschatik.kiev.ua/en/bron.html with the comment
"IAEA Meeting" in the field "Message" by a credit card.
Those who prefer standard rooms since September 19 must pay online by a credit
card through the frame below (direct link to Khreschatik Hotel Online).
