1. THE  HIGH  ENERGY  METHOD  OF  DISTORTED  WAVES  AND  PD-SCATTERING  AT  1  GeV  ENERGY

            The high energy method of distorted waves, which takes into account the many body structure of nuclear scatterer, is applied for the description pd-scattering at 1 GeV energy with a goal to find out of a role of different components of deuteron wave function for the interpretation of experimental data and comparison with standard diffraction theory of multiple scattering. It is shown that the developed method is better in describing of pd-scattering cross section in a region of diffraction minimum, supplying necessary degree of filling and solving, moreover, the problem of deep minima which are due intrinsical nature of standard approach.

 

2. DINEUTRON  CONFIGURATIONS  IN  NEUTRON-RICH  EXOTIC  NUCLEI

            The analysis, carried out in the framework of  the diffractive approach, of  a number of experiments on  interaction of the neutron-rich exotic nuclei  and  with  nuclei  allows one to make the conclusion about the presence of a dineutron configuration (dineutron) in  and the absence of that in .

 

3. The  criterion  of  adiabatic  approximation  for  the  weakly-bound  particles  Coulomb  elastic  scattering  problem

            Electric optical potential (EOP) for the weakly-bound particles (d, 6He, 11Li) elastic scattering has been calculated in the adiabatic approximation. The analytic Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin expression for EOP has been obtained. The criterion of adiabatic approximation for the weakly-bound particles elastic scattering problem are received. It is shown that these criterion can not be fulfilled in the vicinity of the Coulomb turning points.

 

4. K-MINIMAL  APPROACH  BASIS  FOR  7H

            K-minimal approach function for 7H nucleus was built and hyperharmonically analyzed in this paper.

 

5. BETA-DECAY  OF   95Tc  TO EXCITATION STATES OF  95Mo

            The energies, spins, parities, magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments of the ground and excited states of 95Mo as well as the probabilities of electromagnetic transitions between them have been calculated in the framework of the dynamic collective model. The -decay 95Тс95Мо have been described. The calculation values are in a good agreement with the experimental data from Nuclear Data Sheets and Evaluated Nuclear Structure Data File.

 

6. Rotation  of  superdeformed  even-even  nuclei

            Starting from the microscopic Hamiltonian of the nucleus we derived an equation to describe the rotation and quadrupole vibrations of even-even axially symmetrical nuclei, having arbitrary deformation β. In case of small β it reduces to the Bohr - Mottelson equation with γ~0. Such an equation is used for calculations of vibrational-rotational energies of superdeformed nuclei.

 

7. THE  TIME  ANALYSIS  OF  MULTIPLE  INTERNAL  REFLECTIONS  IN  TUNNELING DESCRIPTION  THROUGH  THE  BARRIER

            The problem of scattering of a nonrelativistic particle on a nucleus is considered, the interaction potential between which has a spherically symmetrical view. As the further development of the time analysis of processes of tunneling the non-stationary method of the solution of a problem is represented, due to which begins the possibility to describe in a time dependence the propagation (tunneling) of a particle and in details to study this process in an interesting instant or concerning a concrete point of space. At calculating the time parameters the method has shown itself simple and convenient. At finding the expressions for stationary wave functions for problems with an interaction potential, which radial part has more composite view than rectangular, this method is more effective than reference stationary approaches.

 

8. ANOMALIES  IN  THE  EXCITATION  SPECTRUM  OF  5He NUCLEUS  AT  E*~20 MeV

            The discrepancies in spectroscopy data for 5He levels at E* ~ 20 MeV are partly explained by taking into account the Coulomb interaction in the exit channels of many particle nuclear reactions. The broadening and shift of resonances caused by Coulomb effects integrated over the decay angle can be observed when only one emitted particle is registered. The additional modification of resonance position and shape are possible due to decay into different channel. The data obtained by measurements of inclusive and coincidence spectra are analyzed.

 

9. 8Be-DECAY  OF  THE  24Mg  46.4  MeV  RESONANCE

                8Begs coincidences with 12C, 8Begs and α-particles produced in the 12C +12C interaction at 65 MeV have been measured in a wide in-plane angular range. The 3- 8Begs final state is found to be produced, even if poor statistics prevent any identification of the 16O states involved in the first stage of the process. The 8Begs - α and 8Begs - 12C coincidence yields are found to be to 12C and 16O excited states, decaying into the 8Begs +α and 12C +α system, respectively.

 

10. YIELD  OF  NEAR  ZERO  ENERGY  ELECTRONS  FROM  RADIOACTIVE  SOURCES  OF  DIFFERENT  THICKNESS

            For the purpose of study the near zero energy electron e0 yield dependence on source thickness for different mode of radioactive decay (b-decay, electron capture, internal conversion) 152Eu isotopes were investigated by (eg)-coincidence method. It was shown that surface layer of radioactive atoms takes main part in e0-electron formation. The nature of this fenomen is discussed.

 

11. THE  STUDY  SECONDARY  GAMMA-TRANSITIONS FROM  155Gd (n,g) 155Gd  REACTION  FOR DIFFERENT  FILTERED  NEUTRON  BEAM  ENERGIES

            The theoretical and experimental estimations of the possibility to obtain the information about the excited level spins from secondary capture γ-ray studies for different quasimonoenergetic neutron beam energies were fulfilled. The preliminary experimental results confirm the dependence of the secondary γ-ray intensities ratios, taken for the different neutron energies, from the spin of decaying level, and the possibility to describe this effect using the γ-cascade model.

            The shortcomings of dosimetry part of surveillance specimen (SS) program that is realizing on Ukrainian NPPs at present are presented. Structure and functioning principles of the program package MCSS, intended for calculation of functionals of neutron flux which influence on SS in WWER-1000 reactor are described. The results of comparison of the experimental data with the data obtained by the calculational way are given.

 

13. The  EVALUATION  of  RESIDUAL  RESOURCE  of  the  TECHNOLOGICAL  CHANNELS  of  the  1-st  ChNPP’s  UNIT

            The result of study of the technological channels (TC) of the 1-st Chernobyl NPP’s  unit after 18 years of operation are analyzed in this work. It is showed that zirconium alloy of TC operated at normal conditions has satisfactory plastic and strength properties; hydrogen concentration doesn’t exceed 60 ppm; the joint devices have safety factor more 2 even at presence of microcracks. The conclusion is done that residual resource of normal operating TC after 18 years of service doesn’t still exhaust.

 

14. Reactions  of isotope  60co  formation  at  interaction  of  neutrons  with  59 co,  60ni  and  63cu  (State-of-the-art  of  neuTron  cross  sections)

            The state-of-the-art of neuron cross sections of three reactions resulting in formation of an isotope 60Co and commonly used as activation detectors at neutron flux and fluence measurements in wide neutron energy range has been analyzed. The analysis was conducted on the basis of information from the newest versions of the evaluated nuclear data libraries ENDF/B-VI, JEF-2. 2, JENDL-3.2, BROND-2, CENDL-2, international reactor dosimetry file IRDF-90 (version 2) and international library of experimental nuclear data CSISRS. A graphical cross section presentation of the reactions 59Со(n,γ)60Co, 60Ni (n,p)60Co and 63Cu (n,α)60Co in the energy range up to 20 MeV, brief analysis of the available evaluated and experimental data, including results  of integral  experiments in standard neutron fields, provide condensed, but rather complete information on present day state of the reactions concerned. The up-to-date information on characteristics of 60Co decay and the reactions under consideration is also included.

 

15. INVESTIGATION  OF  FACTORS  INFLUENCING  THE  ACCURACY  OF  URANIUM ENRICHMENT  LEVEL  DETERMINATION  BY  MULTI-  ANALYSIS METHOD  (MGAU)

            Statistical characteristics of multi-group analysis technique for isotopic composition determination of uranium samples, realised in the form of portable "U-Pu InSpector" spectrometry system and MGAU V.1.0 code, have been studied with the help of uranium isotopic standard reference materials in the range 0.32 - 4.5 % of 235U and 0.004 - 0.036 % of 234U concentration. The influence of a number of factors that can cause systematic bias of measured values are also studied. Obtained results reveal dependence of measured 235U enrichment level upon isotopic composition of uranium sample and geometry of the measurement. Systematic underestimation of measured 234U content turned out to be of about 23 % in the concentration range. Possible sources of revealed systematic biases are discussed as well as some recommendations for improving of MGAU code are given.

 

16. THE  RESEARCH  OF  RADIATION  FACTORS  OF  THE  NPP'S  EQUIPMENT  DEGRADATION

            The electric physical apparatus that is being constructed at the Institute for Nuclear Research, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the research of the influence of radiation factors on NPP's equipment degradation processes is presented. The specific characteristics of this apparatus include possibility of forming large and strong radiation fields for the study of operation indicators of large equipment. Such research will make it possible to form the objective databases for prognostication and preliminary recognize of the emergency conditions in the NPP's equipment.

 

17. INFLUENCE  OF  NEUTRON  IRRADIATION  ON  THE  DEFECT  CREATION  IN  THERMALLY  TREATED  Cz  SILICON

            Oxygen precipitation in neutron irradiated and thermally treated silicon crystals has been studied varying neutron fluence (1015 - 1019  n/см2 ) and annealing temperature (600 - 1000 0C). IR spectroscopy and selective etching were used for the investigation. It had been found that precipitation process was accelerated in irradiated silicon in wide temperature range. The precipitation rate has became weakly dependent on annealing temperature with fluence increasing above 1017 n/cm2. These effects clearly show the main role of radiation point defects in the oxygen precipitation.

 

18. some  radiation  effects  in  quantum-size  А3В5  and  А2В6  structures grown  on  semiinsulating  GaAs

 The effect of electron (Е=1.8 МеV), γ-quantum 60Со and X-ray irradiation (Е≤100 кеV) on the photoluminescence, PL, and optical reflection of the GaAs/GaAlAs і CdZnTe/ZnTe quantum-size structures. The quantum wells, QWs, of the А3В5 structures were grown by the МОСVD-technique, the QWs of the А2В6 structures were grown by the МBE method on the semiinsulating, SI, GaAs substrates. The high radiation hardness of A3B5 QWs after irradiation up to dose of 2·109 rad was found, while SI GaAs substrates manifested characteristics degradation under such irradiation dose. А2В6 QWs tends to degrade under sufficiently lower irradiation dose. The well profile change was calculated from PL peak energy shift. The role of Сd diffusion and internal strain in radiation enhanced quantum-size structures degradation is discussed.

 

19. INVESTIGATION  OF  DYNAMICS  OF  COLLOID  SYSTEMS  BY SLOW  NEUTRON  SCATTERING

            The influence of graphite carbon black on molecular dynamics in water solution of triton X-100 has been investigated by the method of inelastic and quasielastic neutron scattering. At the beginning during 40 hours in the system water-surfactant-sorbent unstable partially hydrophobic colloid aggregates are shown to be predominate. After 40 hours this colloid particles become stable and completely hydrophilic.

 

20. ELECTRICAL  PROPERTIES  OF  INDIUM  ANTIMONIDE,  IRRADIATED  BY  NEUTRONS  AND  X-RAYS

            The preliminary results of research of monocrystalline n- InSb galvanomagnetic characteristics are given at a consecutive irradiation by fast reactor neutrons and Rhe 40 keV at temperature 77 K and subsequent annealing. The conclusion is made about an opportunity of use prepared on the specified technology Indium Antimonide as a material for low temperature x-ray dosimeters.

22. The  scattering  of  electromagnetic  waves  in  magnetized  plasma  with  lower  and  upper  hybrid  pump

            The scattering of a transverse electromagnetic wave by turbulent density fluctuations in the homogeneous and inhomogeneous magnetoactive plasma with the lower and upper hybrid pump wave was investigated. We calculate the coefficient of the scattering for the plasma with density gradient in the presence of parametric instabilities of lower hybrid and upper hybrid waves.

 

23. NONLINEAR  EVOLUTION  OF  3D  DRIFT-ION-SOUND  STANDING  WAVES

            Drift-ion-sound standing waves are considered in a magnetized inhomogeneous plasma. Effects of three dimensionality, dispersion and vortex nonlinearity are taken into account. Perturbation theory solution is obtained by the multiple-time-scale formalism. It is shown that no secular terms are present up to the second order in amplitude and that second order corrections are homogeneous in the drift direction.

 

24. the  transparency  of  a  plasma  barrier  for  electromagnetic  waves transilluminated  with  the  aid  of  an  electron  beam

            The relations between the plasma barrier for electromagnetic waves transilluminated with the aid of a fast electron beam transparency and the parameters of beam-plasma system are determined experimentally. The existence of optimal in this regard system parameters is shown. Set aside by linear theory, the nonlinear beam-plasma interaction processes, inevitably accompanying such transillumination, are shown to be responsible for disagreement between experimentally and theoretically obtained relations. The barrier transparency in laboratory experiments is ascertained to be considerably dependent on the waveguide properties of the system used.

 

25. REACTION  OF  HAEMOPOIETIC  SYSTEM  OF  ANIMALS  ON  THE  ADDITIONAL  INTERNAL  IRRADIATION

            The investigation was carried out using rats of the Vistar line, which were exposed to prolongated internal irradiation. Three animal groups were irradiated with different radiation loads. The following changes in bone marrow system (BMS) were investigated: the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, trombocytes, leukogram of cells in marrow, mitotic activity. The same way of BMS changes was determined, but the expression of these changes increased according the doses of irradiation. The quantitative changes were determined before quantitative changes. It was determined, that disturbances in BMS are caused by incorporated osteotropic radionuclides and they can be taken into account as the unfavorable indices for forecasting the diseases of blood system.

 

26. THE  PROBLEM  OF  ESTIMATION  OF  THE BIOLOGICAL  EFFICIACY  FOR  THE CONSTANT  ACTION  OF  LOW-INTENSIVE  RADIATION

            Absorbed dose was not shown to be the equivalent of damage under the action of low doses in the zones of ChNPP disaster influence. Under such conditions the final effect is substantially modified by radiation conditions and quality radiation as well as organism general state. It is proposed to estimate the effect using the level of oxygen active forms in the tissues and the efficiency of their enzyme elimination, that appears to be integral expression of the initial damages and organism individual radioresistance.

 

27. ABOUT  THE  TRANSURANIUM  ELEMENTS  AND  FISSION  PRODUCTS  CONTENT  IN  THE  BIOLOGICAL  SAMPLES  TAKEN  IN  THE  30-km ChNPP  ZONE

            The experimental data of radiochemical determination of the long-lived transuranium radionuclides in the biological samples taken in the 30-km. zone of the ChNPP are present. Aspects of transfer of the 137Cs, 90Sr, 239+240Pu and 241Am in the soil-to-mushroom, soil-to-plant are discussed. It has been found that radioactivity ratio 241Am / 239+240Pu in the plant significant higher than in the soil.

 

28. About  ecological  Standards  of  anthropogenious  Loads  on  natural  territorial  Complexes

            The geographical-informational system (GIS) is proposed to be used for estimation and prognosis of changes in structure and functional state of ecological systems which depends on levels of technogenious loadings.
